Shipping App!

Well, the shipping app has been up and then down and then up and then down this morning…sorry!

The best we can tell, there’s either a memory leak or some other spiralling-death issue with the API. We’re working with them to try and figure out why everything is fine when only a handful of requests are made, but things get very, very bad when hundreds of requests are made in a short period of time.

The current ‘Plan B’, you should always have a plan B, is to pre-populate shipping costs…but this won’t help those who still haven’t chosen Perks (there’re still a few of you that we haven’t been able to contact).

    1. Ideally, we’d like you to confirm your personal details, Perks and settle any outstanding shipping fees (which includes all international orders) via the app 🙂
